This policy explains which cookies and which browser local storage the website zonnagps.com uses, what they are for, how long they are kept and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, LSSI), and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
1. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and third-party frames (iframes) that may store their own cookies.
First-party cookies are managed by ZonnaGPS from its own domain; third-party cookies are managed by another company. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser or the session ends; persistent cookies remain for the period stated.

Google Tag Manager, the tool we use to manage these tags, does not set any cookies itself.
5. GOOGLE AND CONSENT MODE
We use Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, Google tags do not store or read cookies in your browser and only send cookieless pings (for example, that a page has been visited or a form submitted), which Google uses to estimate campaign results in aggregate. If you accept, Google may use its advertising cookies as described in section 4.
6. HOW TO ACCEPT, REJECT OR CHANGE YOUR CHOICE
- On your first visit you will see a notice with the “Accept” and “Reject” buttons. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not stop you from using the website.
- You can change your choice whenever you like using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. When you do, we withdraw your consent, delete the third-party cookies on our domain and ask you again.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block technical cookies, some forms may not work.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some of these third parties (Google, Meta, Intuit Mailchimp, Elfsight and Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can find each company’s information in its own privacy policy.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We review this policy whenever the cookies we use change. If the change affects cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it again.
